Car Crashes Into Tennessee Computer Doctors In Portland
PORTLAND TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A vehicle crashed into the Tennessee Computer Doctors located at 103 South Broadway in Portland Friday morning.
Portland Fire, EMS and Police all responded to the scene, however the driver, and
only occupant, declined medical treatment and was not transported, according to officials with the Portland Fire Department.
The accident occurred around 11:30am Friday and according to employees at the Tennessee Computer Doctors, the impact shook the entire building and startled everyone inside.
Tennessee Computers Doctors’ sits at the intersection of South Broadway and Main St. MAP
The vehicle hit the corner of the building and missed all the windows, but a structural engineer will likely have to look at the building to see if it suffered any damage. The car however will likely be totaled.
Fortunately there was no one on the sidewalk in the path of the vehicle.
As far as a cause of the accident, we have reached out to Portland Police who is in charge of the investigation, as soon as we have more info, we will bring it to you.
