Crews Battle Fire Behind Coopertown Elementary School

Fire crews were called to a structure fire Friday afternoon shortly after 2pm at the intersection of Ewell Elliott Road and old Coopertown Road directly behind Coopertown Elementary school. MAP  White House Fire and the Pleasant View Fire department, Robertson County Emergency Management Agency and Coopertown Police all responded to the fire.

The school was never in any danger however the fire did cause traffic delays. The residents of the home,  Jimmy Gann as well as Jimmy’s sister and brother, Carolyn Whited and Billy Allen all made it out safely.
