Driver Hospitalized In HWY-49 Rollover In Springfield
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE (Smokey Barn News) A rollover accident just outside of Springfield sent one man to Skyline Medical Center with “non critical” injuries officials said. The accident occurred on HWY-49 between Owens Chapel Rd and William Woodard Rd around 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. (Exact location of accident)
The accident occurred after a passenger car clipped the tail end of a trailer hauling landscaping equipment. The damage to the trailer was very minor, the passenger car was totaled.
The scene was completely cleared and the road fully reopened by 11:30 p.m.
The accident is still under investigation by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

It clearly says 10 AM… People who drive Hwy 49 daily have to constantly be looking behind you and in front of you. Some not all don’t pay attention to the passing zones and just go for it whenever they think they can. Surprised there are not more wrecks than there are.
