Old Springfield Landmark Comes Down

SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – It sat on the corner of 5th and Memorial for about 50 years in Springfield, until today. MAP No longer can you say, turn left at the strange pointed roof building. The old building was a gas station for much of its life but in later years enjoyed retirement in auto repair and tire and rim sales.
Our video report covers the complete demolition of the old station which we have carved down to about 60 seconds with our time-laps camera. We also talk about what’s going in it’s place.
