ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – According to Robertson County School PIO Jim Bellis, Robertson County Schools will be closed starting tomorrow, Friday, through Tuesday of next week due to the flu.

Yesterday 7.2% of the districts students were out with the flu, today that number climbed to 11.8%, later revised to 12.3%.

The district released the following official statement Thursday morning;

“Due to a significant number of reported illnesses and a higher than normal absentee rate with our student body and staff, schools will be closed on Friday, February 17 through Tuesday, February 21.
