Two Arrested In Cross Plains Burglaries

CROSS PLAINS TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – According to the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, on June 18, two residential burglaries were reported in the Cross Plains area of Robertson County. On the same day, two other residents reported someone attempted to break into their homes causing damage, but were unsuccessful in making entry.

The investigation led detectives to two suspects that were located and arrested.  Zachary Rush, 27, of White House TN and David Rife, 33, also of White House TN were arrested and charged with Aggravated Burglary, Attempted Aggravated Burglary, Vandalism, and Theft of Property. Bond was set at $71,000.00 each.

On July 18, 2017 both defendants appeared in General Sessions Court and after a preliminary hearing, the cases were bound over to the Robertson County Circuit Court.
