Tuesday Nov 10th, Band To Perform “Veterans Honor” Concert
The Robertson County Community Band will present a “Veterans Honor” concert on Tuesday, November 10th at the Springfield Senior Center located at 601 S. Locust Street in Springfield. The concert will begin at 7:00 pm and is free. Refreshments will be served during intermission.
Guest speaker for the evening will be U.S. Representative Diane Black.
The program will include “The Invincible Eagle March”, music from the “Band of Brothers” and “Armed Forces Salute”. Following the intermission, the band will perform well-known favorites such as “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”, “Never Can Say Goodbye” and “Live and Let Die”.
The concert will also feature Chris Kramer, of Clarksville, who will perform several selections with the band.
