An officer was grounded to Skyline Hospital after losing control of his vehicle and crashing into a tree. Officials believe officer Rick Campbell may have lost consciousness before leaving the roadway. Smokey will provide updates as soon as they become available. UPDATE: Although we do not yet know what caused Officer Campbell to lose consciousness he is now awake and resting, according to Greenbrier Fire Chief Billy Wilson.
