White House: Attempted ATM Burglary – Police Seek Suspects

WHITE HOUSE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Police in White House are looking for suspects after and attempted ATM burglary at the Farmers Bank using an ax and a crowbar. According to police the same suspects made another attempt in Goodlettsville the very next day, this time using a stolen Bobcat.

The two made their first attempt around 2:30 Friday morning in White House at the Farmers Bank on Highway 31 West and it was all caught on surveillance video.

One of the suspects was wearing a discount tire shirt and another a hooded sweatshirt with a mustang racing logo. The video shows the men taking turns hammering and prying the cash machine with an ax and a crowbar.

Eventually the suspects give up but twenty four hours later the same suspects try again in Goodlettsville, this time at Renasant Bank on Long Hollow Pike just a block away from the police department.

This time, the suspects use a stolen Bobcat to get at the cash but again they came up empty handed.

Anyone with information is urged to contact White House police at 615-672-4903 or the Goodlettsville Crime Tip Line at 615-851-2259.
