After 23 Years Save-A-Lot In Millersville To Close Its Doors

MILLERSVILLE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – After 23 years of operation, the Millersville Save-A-Lot located at 1129 Louisville Hwy will be closing its doors for good next week, according to store management.

This is the second Save-A-Lot to close its doors in the Robertson County area this year.  Back in January the Save-A-Lot in Springfield closed its doors as well. FULL STORY

The Millersville Save-A-Lot closing leaves few options for residents in the area who will now face a somewhat longer drive for groceries. According to store management, pressure from surrounding supermarkets became just too much for the privately owned store.

Employees Kim, Charles, Chandra and Manager David told Smokey Barn News that they are now looking for jobs. If you have any available openings feel free to post them in comments below or contact the store.

The building has been on the market since January. For realtor information see photo below.
