Captain Video & Tanning Closing Springfield/Gallatin Locations
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – According to an official with Captain Video & Tanning, the company has decided to close it’s Springfield location 
effective immediately and plans to close it’s Gallatin store in July.
The decision to close the Springfield store was made due to a lack of profitability at that location, however, the firm is still honoring packages bought at the Springfield store at any of its other locations, according to an official with the firm.
“Anything they got at the Springfield Store they can get through any of our other locations. The only thing we are not doing is refunding money,” according to Store Mgr. Madison Holland.
According to Holland, her store in White House has been getting calls from frustrated customers. Some customers have even called Smokey Barn News saying 
they were surprised by the sudden closing of the Springfield store that (from their point of view) came without warning.
“I know they have locations in White House and Hendersonville but people that paid for it in Springfield are not going to drive all the way over there.”-“I have a three-month package but now all that money, hundreds of dollars, is gone,” said one customer.
Another customer said, “Do you happen to know why Captain Video closed suddenly yesterday? They are also refusing to give refunds to those who have purchased tanning packages.”
Captain Video & Tanning has locations in White House, Lebanon, Portland, Hendersonville, and Gallatin. Holland added that the Gallatin store is also slated to close in July but the other locations will remain open. (MAP Other Locations)
