Cedar Hill Woman LifeFlighted After Wreck Monday

SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A Cedar Hill woman was LifeFlighted to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville after her vehicle overturned on Kinneys Rd in Springfield Monday. Location of accident.

According to Tennessee Highway Patrol Sgt. Jason Flatt, there were three vehicles involved but only two sustained damage and only one driver was injured. The injured driver was identified by the THP as Leslie Henderson, 26 of Cedar Hill.

According to Sgt. Jason Flat, Corey Bross, 20, of Adams was heading east on Kinneys Rd when he attempted to pass an SUV driven by Henderson.  As Bross attempted to pass the SUV, he swerved to miss an oncoming vehicle and clipped the SUV sending both vehicles out of control, Flat said.

Corey Bross told Smokey that he was very sorry for what happened and would like the opportunity to apologize to the driver of the SUV personally.

Officials indicated that Henderson was in critical but stable condition after the accident.
