Coopertown PD Makes Arrest In “Oak Pointe” Vehicle Burglaries

COOPERTOWN TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – According to Coopertown Police, a suspect has been charged with numerous vehicle burglaries and a vehicle theft that occurred in the Oak Pointe subdivision recently.

Police have identified Ke’Darius Bevels Dewun Smith as their suspect, charging him with, Unlawful Carrying Or Possession Of A Weapon, Possession Schedule II, Burglary and Theft Of Property.

Smith’s bond has been set at $109,500. Smith was already in jail on other charges at the time the new charges were applied.

“Please continue to report suspicious activity and keep your valuables secured,” said Coopertown Police Chief Lawrence Dennis.
