To help with the celebration, local author Adam Callis will be signing his book “Nature of the Sea” from 11:00am to 1:00pm. They’ll have refreshments, balloons, and door prizes too!

We are thankful and humbled to have served the community of Springfield, Robertson County, and the surrounding areas for the last 20 years and look forward to serving the community for many more years to come. We are here for all your Bible, book, church supplies, music, gifts, homeschool, and children’s consignment clothing needs. Please stop in to say hello, enjoy some refreshments, browse around, and enter our door prize drawings,” said co-owner Nancy Speck.

CrossRoads Christian Bookstore was founded by a husband and wife team Keith and Tish Woodall of Springfield in March of 1995. In May of 2012 the business was sold to another husband and wife team, Steve and Nancy Speck. Smokey was there for the hand-off celebration back in 2012.  (See video below)

Back in 2012 the Speck’s told Smokey Barn News that they felt led by God to take over the business and continue the ministry. At the time Nancy had been working at the store for about six years so she and her husband Steve already had a good understanding of the business and what they were getting into. Now, after three years, they are still going strong.
