Portland Firefighters removed the roof of the vehicle in order to free Cole from the tangled mess. After a lengthy extrication Cole was transported via Life-flight to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville in Critical condition with multiple traumatic injuries, according to Russell Gupton, Robertson County Emergency Medical Services assistant director.
