Medical helicopter Makes Emergency Landing In Orlinda
ORLINDA TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A medical helicopter made an emergency landing near Orlinda Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred around 4 pm. The Helicopter landed in a field across from Dorman Products. MAP
A second medical helicopter was brought in to transfer a patient. No injuries were reported.
Officials tell Smokey Barn News that the pilot encountered a mechanical issue with the helicopter and decided to set down in a field off Hwy 31W directly across from Dorman Products.
The Orlinda Fire Department responded to the scene. Robertson County EMS was placed in route but canceled when it was learned that there were no injuries.
