Pleasant View Vol. Fire Dept Celebrates New Recruits After Rigorous Training 

PLEASANT VIEW TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department has added five new recruits to their team of Firefighters.

Booter class 18-1 began their journey in mid-January completing 112 hours of basic training.  Five “Booters” graduated on April 20th, and are transitioning to Probationary Firefighter positions in the P.V.V.F.D..

“We are thankful for the commitment these Booters, their families, and members of our staff have made to make this class a success,” said Assistant Chief Trey Nelms.

“We wish our graduates all the best, as they move to the next step in their fire service career.”
