A good sized storm hit Robertson County Thursday night. It was very calm right up till the last minute. There was heavy rain, wind and hail. Large areas in the county were without power for hours due to down trees and utility poles. Crews worked quickly to restore power. Cable Internet and TV services were interrupted for several hours. Flooding was also an issue for short periods but all-in-all the county fared fairly well.

Several hundred homes were still without power in Robertson County as of: 8:00AM Friday, According to the Robertson County Emergency Management Director, RL Douglas. Mostly in the upper right corner of R.C. By 12:00PM most customers had power restored.
