Robertson County FAIR Awarded Most Improved

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – At the Tennessee Association of Annual Fairs, held earlier in January, the Robertson County Fair was awarded “Most Improved” in the AAA division, the largest population division.

“There were 15 fairs in that division across the state. We won most improved,” said Fair Board President Chad Gregory. “The credit goes to the volunteers, Robertson County Fair Association, the City of Springfield and the Robertson County Commision for their assistance with the bleacher project and for the new grandstands. That includes ADA accessibility, all that we have done for the arena and new lighting.” (FULL STORY)

“We would like to thank all the attendees of the fair, the Robertson County Fair Association Board members, volunteers, as well as the Robertson County Government and the Robertson County Commission,” Gregory said.

“This year’s award is a culmination of many years of hard work and dedication by the Fair board and other volunteers from the county and we hope to improve and go for the 1st place trophy.”
