White House Cruisin’ Christmas Parade & Miracle On Main St. Festivities

Cruisin’ Christmas Parade And Miracle On Main Street Will Provide A Day Of Family Fun On December 6th. The theme is set and this year’s Christmas parade is sure to be a crowd pleaser. The theme, “Cruisin’ Christmas” should draw classic cars to the parade route and car enthusiasts to help line the streets.

This year’s Grand Marshal, Stacey David of Rattletrap Productions, will add yet another element of authenticity to “Cruisin’ Christmas.” David has gained national notoriety as an automotive guru. His current TV series Stacey David’s GearZ® is in its 8th season on MavTV with millions of viewers throughout the United States and around the world.

You’ll see all of the traditional floats and participants too. Marching bands, churches and dignitaries will fill the parade route. Make sure you have registered to participate by contacting the Parks Department. You can also access the registration form online The jolly old elf himself, Santa Claus will bring up the rear of the parade. After the parade, Santa will visit Miracle on Main Street for free photos to all the kids on the nice list.

Miracle on Main Street at the municipal center immediately following the parade, will include live entertainment from local choirs and churches and Santa’s Market place will be held in the gymnasium at the Civic Center, 105 College Street. At the Marketplace you will find lots of booths to help in your holiday shopping. There will be handmade jewelry, handmade soaps, children’s items, baked goods, home décor and so much more. The Friends of the Library will be manning the concession stand offering hot dogs, sodas and more. Also, there will be Free photos with Santa!

All of the festivities will take place inside so the weather will cause no worries as you shop, eat and enjoy the sights and sounds of the season. Limited space still available in Santa’s Marketplace, call the White House Chamber 672-3937 for more information.
