Midway entertainment on Monday night featuring music on the Century stage and the kids favorite pedal pull in the arena, Tuesday: Oval Track Motorcycle and ATV races, Wednesday night: Praise and Worship , Thursday: more Music on the Century Stage and Mini rod pulls in the Arena, Friday night: is the fan favorite Street Legal Truck pulls in the arena and Saturday night: is the always popular Demo derby in the arena and more music on the Century stage. Fairest OF The Fair: Toddlers & Juniors
August 12, 2017 3 P.M. Century Stage – Fairgrounds

Class I- Toddlers Ages – 3, 4, 5
Class II- Junior Ages – 6, 7 , 8

Rules:

1. Must be a full-time resident of Robertson County.
2. Toddlers – Must have reached her 3rd birthday, but not her 6th birthday by contest date. Must be at practice on Tues., Aug. 8, 2017 at 5:00 pm at the fairgrounds. Juniors – Must have reached her 6th birthday, but not her 9th birthday by contest date. Must be at practice on Tues., August 8, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fairgrounds.
3. Each contestant may only have one (1) mother or grandmother backstage or be disqualified. NO males allowed backstage.
4. Entry fee of $50.00 is payable by check or money order ONLY and must be mailed or hand delivered with application on or before August 2, 2017. No cash and no receipt available. $30.00 return check fee.
5. Absolute deadline for registration is Wed., August 2, 2017 as per instructions on application forms. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. Please include a photo with entry form.
7. Must send copy of Birth Certificate.
8. Parade is optional.
9. No refunds, no exceptions.
10. Anyone who causes trouble (contestant parent, guardian or any other family member) will no longer be allowed to participate any year.
11. Fair Board Members have the right to ask anyone to leave area at anytime.
12. Event will be held outdoors at the Fairgrounds.
13. Photo may be used in publicity.
14. The Fair Board will not be held liable for any damages that may occur to a contestant’s wearing apparel or accessories during the contest or activities.
15. The Fair Board will not be held liable for any bodily injury that may be incurred by a contestant during the contest or contest activities.
16. The Fair Board will not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles during the contest or contest activities.
17. Contestants will not be allowed to carry flowers during the contest.
18. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise, and personality.
19. The contestant must currently and always have been of the female gender.

CLASS IV- Teen Ages- 13, 14, 15
CLASS V- Senior Ages- 16, 17, 18, 19, 20

Rules:

1. Must be a full-time resident of Robertson County.
2. Pre-Teens – Must have reached her 9th birthday, but not her 13th birthday by contest date. Must be at practice on Tues., Aug. 8, 2017 at 7:30 pm at the Fairgrounds. Teens – Must have reached her 13th birthday, but not her 16th birthday by contest date. Must be at practice on Tues., Aug. 8, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Fairgrounds. Seniors – Must have reached her 16th birthday, but not her 21st birthday by contest date. Must be present for interview on Sat., Aug. 12, 2017 at 5:00 pm (Sunday dress) and present at practice on Tues., Aug. 8, 2017 at 4:30 pm at the fairgrounds.
3. Entry fee of $50.00 (check or money order by mail or hand delivered only) made payable to the Robertson County Fair Association must accompany each application on or before August 2, 2017. No cash and no receipt available. $30.00 return check fee.

11. Must send copy of Birth Certificate.

24. All contestants shall adhere to the ethical code of conduct as set by the Robertson County Fair Board. Therefore, any negative or derogatory remarks, posts or threats on social media, or otherwise, will automatically disqualify you as a participant and also require you to relinquish your crown if a past competition winner.

August 12, 2017  9A.M. Century Stage – Fairgrounds

Rules:

1. The baby show will be held at the Fairgrounds, Saturday, August 12, 2017 beginning at 9:00am. Entry form to be hand-delivered or postmarked no later than Thursday, August 3, 2017.
2. Any child who is a resident of Robertson County and has not passed his or her 3rd year birthday by contest date is eligible to enter. Ages of each class shall be determined as of contest date.
3. Each entry should be accompanied by a photograph. Photograph cannot be larger than 5 x 7. Each picture must have: baby’s name, parents’ name, address and phone number printed on the back. COPY OF *BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM.
4. JUDGING WILL BE BASED ON BEAUTY 50%, PERSONALITY 25%, PHOTOGRAPH 25%.
5. $40.00 REGISTRATION FEE PER BABY MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION FORM ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 3, 2017. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO ROBERTSON COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION.
6. All babies in contest must be at FAIRGROUNDS AND REGISTERED according to classes by 9:00 A.M. on August 12, 2017.
