Fire Destroys Two Homes At Travelland Motel In Millersville
MILLERSVILLE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Two homes were lost to fire at the Travelland Motel early Friday morning. The motel is located at 1111 Louisville Hwy in Millersville. According to Thomas King II, Millersville Fire Chief, the fire started around 3:30 a.m.
Chief King told Smokey Barn News that the cause of the fire was being called accidental. “We believe it was an electrical fire,” King said.
There were a total of three occupants in the two structures with several pets. Everyone, including the pets made it out safely thanks to Millersville Police, who arrived shortly after the fire started and quickly evacuated the hotel and the two structures, King said..
The Millersville Fire Department was able to keep the two fires from spreading to the motel. See video report for more information.
