Greenbrier Police Hunt For Stolen Trailer

Greenbrier Police Hunt For Stolen Trailer

GREENBRIER, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Greenbrier Police are asking– Have you seen this trailer?

Stolen from Five & Company on Tuesday night or possibly early Wednesday morning, Greenbrier Detectives believe the trailer was taken by suspects who may have been driving the dark-colored SUV pictured.

The vehicle was captured on surveillance video cameras at the First Baptist Church in Greenbrier close to the time of the theft.

NOTE: The front and one side fender are now red primer and the second finder is now silver.

Upon further investigation, officers found pieces of rough-cut wood (pictured below) in the grass next to the parking lot where the trailer was captured on video shortly after the theft.  Mr. Corey Allgood (owner of Five & Company) told Lt. Allen with the Greenbrier Police Department that the wood is used in meat smokers leading investigators to believe that the SUV/trailer in the photo above is in fact the stolen trailer.

Police are currently processing video and other leads as they work to identify the driver of the vehicle. Any help from the public regarding the theft or identification of the driver will be greatly appreciated. Please contact Lt. Allen or Capt. Dorris with Greenbrier Police Department. 615-513-9844
