SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The American Cancer Society will “Paint the Town Purple” in celebration of its annual 2016 Relay for Life event at the Robertson County Fairgrounds on April 29th.
Please join us on Thursday, January 14th at 5:30 pm at the located at 3490 Tom Austin Hwy. (Farmers Bank), Springfield, TN 37172 as we work with City Officials to get this event up and running, along with the City Officials, we need you involved so that we can make this event shine!
Paint The Town Purple is a great way to spread the word about Relay for Life, recruit new survivors and caregivers to your event, engage new and returning teams and team members, and encourage your sponsors to get more involved in Relay for Life!
Additionally, businesses and residents can show their support in the fight against cancer by ordering a purple bow to place on their property. The bows are available for a suggested donation of $10 and all proceeds will benefit the work of the American Cancer to save lives from cancer by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back.
We are showing survivors that the people of Robertson County are behind them 100% and that we stand together to FIGHT BACK against cancer!
