Large Tobacco Barn Lost To Fire Saturday Night
ADAMS TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Firefighters from Adams and North Robertson Fire & Rescue are currently on the scene of a large barn fire near the Kentucky Tennessee border.
The call came into 911 just after 11:pm. Several engines and at least one brush-truck have been called to the scene.
The barn is located on Hugh Gill Road in Adams, TN, just inside the Tennessee border from Kentucky. MAP
At last report, firefighters have prevented the fire from spreading to two adjacent barns and a crop, that according to a neighbor is Soybean.
According to a neighbor, it is a tobacco barn, holding about 10 acres.
As of 12:30am firefighters were still shuttling water to the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
