Update On TV Series Nashville Filming In Nashville

The Depot 300 AdAs you may have read,  Smokey did an article a few days ago on the Nashville TV series coming to Robertson County to do some filming. (read the whole article here) Some very specific details about the local filming were inadvertently released on the Internet. We were concerned that the specific details released would affect the show’s desire to film here. Released were locations of shoots and even the hotel they planned to use and how many rooms the show reserved which can cause headaches for film crews and cause security issues.

With that thought in mind we went looking for signs the show was still on. What we found seems to indicate that they are still planning on coming next week and are apparently looking for extras.

The agency
On Location Casting isn’t hiding the fact that the TV series is going to be in Springfield and even lists the exact date of filming, they have released it on their tea shop colorful 300Facebook page..  Whatever information they are comfortable releasing we will gladly report. According to a post on their Facebook page they will be filming on Wednesday January 22 and they are looking for extras and vehicles too.
