Rob. Co. Schools Closed Thursday, Feb. 11th Due To Incoming Winter Weather
ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Based on the current Ice Storm Warning and forecast for this evening and tomorrow, Robertson County Schools will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 11th according to Dr. Chris Causey, Director of Schools.
This cancellation is for both in-person school as well as those on MS Teams. Those on the Connexus Platform can continue to work as that service will not pause for the day. Daycares will also be closed.
The purpose of this closure is truly to keep as many busses and cars off the road as much as possible due to the forecast of ice.
The district office will be on a delayed opening starting at 10:00. If we do not have to close on Friday, it will be a regular scheduled day for PreK-5th grade, and a hybrid day for grades 6-12 with L-Z attending in person and A-K attending virtually.
Once again, Robertson County Schools will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 11th.
