Robertson Asst. EMS Dir. Russell Gupton Resigns After 16 Years

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE (Smokey Barn News) – Robertson County EMS Assistant Director Russell Gupton has resigned after 16 years of service to Robertson County.

For the last nine years, Gupton has held the title of Assistant Director. “He has decided to take a different path, and we wish him all the best,” the county said in a statement Monday.

“Russell’s knowledge and experience will be truly missed. He has been an invaluable member of our county’s leadership, doing his best for residents and employees alike, said Robertson County Mayor Billy Vogle. “I can’t say enough good things about him. In this difficult time of COVID-19, his leadership and due diligence have helped our department heads and employees navigate through all the intricacies and disruptions the disease has caused in the workplace.” For 16 years, Russell has given his all to us, and we wish him the very best.”
