New Enrollment Information

If you are enrolling your child for the first time, or if you are changing schools, please note the following instructions:

To enroll in a Robertson County School, go directly to the school you are zoned for.  If you are unsure of the school zone, please call the Transportation Department at (615)384-4555.

Please provide the school with the following documents:

1. A birth certificate or an officially acceptable evidence of the student’s date of birth.
2. Evidence of a current medical exam – needs to be transferred to Tennessee form
3. Evidence of the required immunizations – needs to be transferred to Tennessee form
4. Social Security Card
5. Proof of residence – can include three of the following:
   1. Mortgage documents or Property Deed
   2. Apartment or home lease/rental agreement
   3. Utility bill
   4. Driver’s license
   5. Voter precinct identification
   6. Automobile registration
   7. Notarized statement of residence
   8. United States postal service Change of Residency forms
   9. Bank statement
   10. Other documentation (some type of bill – credit card, newspaper, phone, doctor, etc.)
6. Documentation of withdrawal from previous school.
