Snack Item Donations Needed For UT After School Program
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Snack Food Drive for the UT Extension Afterschool program is requesting food (snack) donations to support students in the program.
Two ways you can help:
1.) Drop off donations at South Haven Christian school at 116 Academy Dr. in Springfield every Friday from 8-2pm
2.) Donate snack items anytime at the Springfield HG Hills located at 519 Memorial Blvd.
*If you are unable to donate but would still like to participate, you can simply help by spreading the word!
Snack Items requested:
• Pop Tarts
• Bags or Boxes of Cereal
• Peanut Butter Jars
• Peanut Butter Crackers
• Cheese Crackers
• Popcorn
• Granola bars
• Applesauce
• Boxes of Goldfish, Cheez ITz crackers, etc
• Graham Cracker Stacks
• Snack Cookies
• Pudding Cups
• Jello Cups
• Ramen Noodles or Family Size Mac & Cheese
• Ravioli cups
• Chips
• Juice boxes or juice pouches
The UT Extension Afterschool program is designed to help students excel academically, teach cooking skills and many other various life skills.
