 Springfield Home Damaged By Fire Friday Morning 

A rental home owned by Billy Batson located on 5th Ave in Springfield was damaged by fire Friday morning. Crews were called around 8:40am and flames were visible coming out of the right side window. Springfield Fire arrived and put the fire out quickly. An alert  neighbor spotted the fire early and called 911.
