Three Hospitalized In I-65 South Rollover (One Lane Blocked)
PORTLAND TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Three people have been transported to area hospitals following a rollover crash on I-65 South at the 117 on-ramp. MAP
The accident occurred around 4:15 am and involved a box-truck and a passenger vehicle. One lane of the interstate is blocked. According to the Emergency Management Agency, crews may have to close the interstate for a short time to right the box-truck.
As of 5:45 am, the wrecker was still in route so a good estimate on clearing both lanes of I-65 was not available. If you are traveling I-65 this morning expect minor delays.
Officials say the box-truck was hauling steel. Three people were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
