Punxsutawney Phil Sees Shadow
It would seem that Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow today, so that’s 6 more weeks of winter. It all happened at 7:25 a.m. Sunday morning. See Associated Press Coverage Below
Phil seeing his shadow means winter will continue into March according to the legend. If Phil had not seen his shadow, it would have meant spring was around the corner.
Robertson County has it’s own Groundhog and Smokey captured the reclusive creature in downtown Springfield a while back. Be sure to watch until the end for the best laugh.
