Winter Wonder Land OPEN For Drive Thru Sunday & Monday

According to Gina Holt Asst. Springfield City Manager, Winter Wonder Land located at J. Travis Price Park will be open for drive thru only both Sunday and Monday evening. The park will open at 5:30PM both nights and gates close at 9PM.
The park was closed Saturday evening due to the weather but crews are at the park now repairing damage from lasts night’s storm. We are told all should be ready by 5:30 tonight.
On Christmas Eve the park will be closed however the beautiful nativity scene across the lake will be lit up. The event is FREE so bring the family and have fun..
If you have never been to the park it is located at 4155 Wilkes Road in Springfield. Here’s a Google Map Link. As far as being open after Christmas, they haven’t decided yet.
