91-Year-Old Woman Robbed In Joelton Bank Parking Lot
JOELTON TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – According to Metro Nashville Police, at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday they were called to Truist Bank located at 7185 Whites Creek Pike MAP on reports that a 91-year-old woman had been robbed by two armed men in the parking lot.
Metro Nashville Police say the 91-year-old victim reported that she was walking back to her vehicle after making a transaction at the bank when she was approached by two masked and armed individuals. She began to run. They chased her and pushed her to the ground before taking her money. They then went to their vehicle and drove off inbound on Whites Creek Pike.
Metro Police say the investigation is still ongoing. No other information was released.
