City Recorder Position Available for City of Orlinda, TN
The City Recorder is responsible for most City Government financial activities. The duties of this job include revenue collection, billing, account reconciliation, document retention and filing, reserving and renting city owned facilities, assisting the public, doing all payroll functions, verifying all tax revenues, splitting tax deposits into proper accounts, budgeting, using QuickBooks to record all revenues and payments, including payroll, and making bank deposits. Job requires knowledge of basic accounting and computer skills, especially QuickBooks. Salary range $38k-$48k DOQ and experience. Paid vacations, Health insurance provided. Fire Chief Job Available, City of Orlinda, TN
The City of Orlinda is looking to replace our retiring Chief. The city’s current Fire Chief Dusty Johnson is retiring. FULL STORY This is a small, semi-volunteer fire department serving the City of Orlinda and part of northeastern Robertson County. The Fire Chief is a full time, paid position devoted only to the oversight of the Fire Department and responding to emergency fire and medical calls. Firefighter II and EMR certification preferred. Includes Health Insurance, paid vacations. Salary DOQ.
