Tornado Watch and High Winds Headed for Robertson County
ROBERTSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – As of 4:08 PM CDT on April 5, 2025, the National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for central Robertson County, Tennessee, in effect until 5:00 PM CDT. At that time, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles northwest of Ashland City, moving northeast at 45 mph. The storm posed hazards of 60 mph wind gusts and penny-sized hail. Additionally, a Tornado Watch remains in effect until 9:00 PM CDT for middle Tennessee. 
Residents should remain vigilant as severe weather, including high winds and possible tornadoes, is expected to affect Robertson County over the next few hours. The National Weather Service advises residents to monitor local weather updates and be prepared to seek shelter if conditions worsen.
