Robertson County Mayoral Hopefuls to Face Questions at Community Town Hall

SPRINGFIELD, TENNESSEE (Smokey Barn News): Robertson County residents will have a chance to hear directly from the candidates for county mayor during an upcoming community town hall event in Springfield.

It’s an opportunity for the community (YOU) to ask the candidates questions and get a better understanding of where each candidate stands on issues facing Robertson County.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, at 7:00 PM and will be held at Willie Mae’s Barbecue, located at 200 8th Ave. MAP

Candidates scheduled to participate include John Edwards, Keith Hoover, and Bubba Dorris. The discussion will be moderated by Pastor Dakota Norris and will feature a structured conversation followed by questions from both the audience and viewers watching via Facebook Live. Smokey Barn News will rebroadcast the event so you can find the live feed on our Facebook page, or Willie Mae’s Barbecue. Willie Mae’s has also set up an event page if you’d like to tell them you’re coming, it can be found–> HERE.

Organizers say the town hall is designed to give voters an opportunity to learn more about each candidate’s vision for the future of Robertson County and to hear their positions on key issues impacting the community.

The event is open to all Robertson County residents.

This coverage is sponsored by Willie Mae’s Barbecue and Chosen Towing.
