Adams Receives Major Internet Upgrade: Comcast Rolls Out High-Speed Service
ADAMS TENNESSEE, (Smokey Barn News) – The City of Adams is now equipped to meet tomorrow’s connectivity needs with the recent completion of a project extending reliable, high-speed Internet access. Nearly 600 residents in the area have access to the company’s full suite of Xfinity services. Businesses and local government buildings also have access to Comcast Business’s full range of services, including Internet speeds of up to 100 gigabits per second (Gbps).
Services Available
Comcast offers the following Xfinity services to residential customers across its footprint:
- Xfinity Internet
- Xfinity Mobile
- Xfinity X1
- Xfinity Home
- Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity
Residents in the service area now have access to Comcast’s Internet Essentials program, the nation’s largest and most successful broadband adoption initiative for low-income households, available in the service areas. Internet Essentials provides low-cost broadband service for $9.95 a month, digital literacy training, and discounted computers.
Additionally, the company offers NOW, a new brand of quality, low-cost Internet, mobile, and streaming TV products that customers can purchase month-to-month, whenever they want. Bundling Xfinity’s new NOW Internet and NOW Mobile can bring connectivity to families with one of the most affordable unlimited plans on the market starting as low as $55 a month for bundled NOW Internet and Mobile.
