Boy Scout Builds/Donates Dog Houses To RC Animal Control

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – On Saturday Robertson County Animal Control had a very talented visitor with some very special gifts.

“We had something awesome happen here this past Saturday at Robertson County Animal Control (RCAC) and we just have to share this great news. Daniel J Graves of Boy Scout Troop 249 in Nashville chose RCAC to be the recipient of his Eagle Scout Project.

“He chose to build these beautiful dog houses for us to give to new adopters of our dogs, should they not already have one. Each dog house has a nameplate on it with name, troop info, and date it was made. His inspiration came from a dog he and his family had adopted that was a rescue.

“RCAC is very proud of Daniel for the great job he did and also for choosing us as the beneficiaries. A big thank you to his mom, uncle and fellow boy scout for helping to deliver them and get them unloaded. Again Daniel, thank you so, so much for all of this, the staff of RCAC appreciates it far more than you could imagine. RCAC Staff.
