Clarksville Motorcyclist Identified in Fatal Providence Blvd Crash

CLARKSVILLE, TENNESSEE (Smokey Barn News) – The Clarksville Police Department is releasing more information on a fatal single-vehicle motorcycle crash that occurred on August 30th at 12:05 a.m.

The crash occurred at 624 Providence Blvd near Power St., directly in front of Alpine Water Beds. MAP The motorcyclist has been identified as 24-year-old Robert Bleatman of Clarksville.

The crash initially caused the complete closure of Providence Blvd. in both directions between E Street and Oak Street, as FACT Investigators responded to the scene. The roadway has since been cleared.
