Clerk Assaulted/Robbed In Springfield 

SPRINGFIELD TENNESSE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Springfield Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in an aggravated robbery.

On Thursday evening, October 15, 2020, at 9:52 p.m., the suspect (pictured) armed with some type of pipe or object, allegedly entered Daniel’s Market, located at 308 Memorial Boulevard in Springfield. MAP

According to Springfield PIO Candice Tillman, the individual assaulted the store employee and took the cash register drawer.

The individual was seen fleeing North on Memorial Boulevard in a black older-model, four-door Ford Fusion with a temporary tag in the right, rear window.

According to Robertson County EMS, the clerk was transported to NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield with minor injuries.

The suspect was described as a black male, between 5’7” and 5’9” tall, weighing 350-400 pounds.
