COMING SOON- Wild Game Supper & Fish Fry At South Haven
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – On Tuesday February 23rd South Haven Baptist Church will be hosting their outdoors night wild game supper and fish fry.
The activities will start with a live fish pond for the children 13 years old and younger at 5:30. There will be four hundred pounds of catfish for the children to catch!
The dinner will start at 6 o’clock, and everybody will be served deer chili along with other wild game and fried fish.
There is a taste test contest with first second and third place prize for those who bring the best tasting wild game. (First place $100.00)
World champion elk caller Chad Schearer will be the special speaker.
There will be a HUGE silent auction along with hundreds of give aways and door prizes such as guided deer, turkey, coon, predator, and ram hunts. Along with rifles and muzzleloaders and lots of other hunting and fishing gear!
The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children 13 and under. You may purchase tickets online or at the door.
