Coopertown’s 4th Annual “Touch a Truck” Event Set for September 21st

COOPERTOWN, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) — The 4th Annual “Touch a Truck” event is returning to Coopertown Middle School on Saturday, September 21st, promising a fun-filled day for families in the community.

Located at 3820 Highway 49 in Springfield, TN, the event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will feature a wide range of activities and displays. Kids will have the opportunity to explore emergency vehicles, including ambulances, sheriff’s cars, police vehicles, fire department equipment, and helicopters.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol and the Robertson County Emergency Management Agency, along with many other local agencies, will be on hand with equipment and demonstrations.

In addition to the vehicle displays, there will be plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. Kids can enjoy a water slide, face painting, and inflatables, while the adults can try their hand at cornhole. A “Dunk a Cop” tank will also be available for those looking to test their aim. Music and food vendors will round out the day, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
