Friday afternoon a Cross Plains man on Cedar Grove Rd was lifeflighted after accidentally shooting himself (we believe) in the stomach according to a first responder. Information is still sketchy but we do believe the shooting was accidental. Smokey is working to find out the condition of the victim. Witnesses at the scene believed the victim was a younger male, perhaps 30 or younger.
