Driver Sought In Hit and Run Crash Near Cedar Hill

CEDAR HILL TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A hit and run crash on Hwy 41 just north of Cedar Hill has triggered a search for the driver.

The crash occurred around 12:25 pm on Sunday on Hwy 41 just north of Cedar Hill.  According to the victim, the suspect vehicle (a silver, early 2000s Mazda B2300 pickup) was “attempting to pass when the driver whipped back over in front of him, clipping the front bumper and spinning him around into the retaining wall. The driver never hit the brakes and kept going.”

The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that they are currently investigating a hit and run incident on Highway 41 North that occurred on May 31st, 2020 at approximately 12:25 pm.

According to the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect’s vehicle is described as an early 2000’s Silver Mazda single cab pickup truck with significant damage to the rear passenger side.

The driver is facing charges for leaving the scene of an accident.
