Gallatin Hwy 386 Crash Claims Two Lives New Year’s Eve
GALLATIN TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Authorities are now releasing more information regarding a serious crash on Hwy 386 (Vietnam Veterans Parkway) on New Year’s Eve.
According to investigators with the Gallatin Police Department, first responders were called to Highway 386 inbound near mile marker 13, on reports of an injury crash. LOCATION OF CRASH The first call coming into 911 at 11:50 p.m.
Once on scene officers located two vehicles involved in a crash, a gray Chevy Equinox and a black Kia Soul. The drivers of the vehicles were the only occupants and both died in the crash.
The drivers are now identified as Samantha Gant and Illyria Edwards.
No other information was released, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
