Greenbrier Man Robbed/Maced In His Driveway Saturday

GREENBRIER TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A Greenbrier man was robbed in his own driveway Saturday morning and police are looking for suspects.

According to Greenbrier Police, the victim (a male in his mid 50’s) was first assaulted and then maced during the robbery in which “a large amount of money was taken,” according to police.

The incident occurred on Nunley St (MAP) around 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Police are only providing a limited description of the suspect at this time. The suspect is described as a white male in his mid to late 20’s. Police said that a gun was not used in the robbery.

Police are not releasing the name of the victim but we have reached out for information on his condition.
