Greenbrier Woman in Critical Condition After Accidental Shooting
GREENBRIER, TENNESSEE – (Smokey Barn News) – A Greenbrier woman is in critical condition after police say she was accidentally shot in the neck Saturday night. Greenbrier officers responded to a residence on Sycamore Road for a reported gunshot wound, the first coming into 911 at 7:06 PM.
Upon arrival, officers found the woman with a single gunshot wound to the neck. Greenbrier Fire Department and Robertson County EMS provided medical aid, and she was transported by ground to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, where she remains in critical condition.
The incident is currently being investigated as accidental, and no charges have been filed at this time.
