Obituary for Sherian Penick
Sherian Kaye Penick, 73, of Adairville, KY, died Monday July 3, 2017 at Logan Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday July 6th at 11:00 a.m. at the Adairville United Methodist Church with Reverend Clay Burchett officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Adairville with Chad Freeman, Mason Freeman, Eric Clark, Christian Clark, Morton Penick, Lee Penick, Lynn Clark, and Terry Powell serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the Adairville United Methodist Church on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Mrs. Penick was born September 25, 1943 in St. Louis, MO. She was a homemaker and a member of the Adairville United Methodist Church. Mrs. Penick loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father: John Jay Pierpoint. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Sherri Lynn and Eric Clark of White House, Mary Ann and Chad Freeman of Adairville, KY, mother and step-father: Elba and Perry Roth of Sun City, CA, sisters: Kathleen Roth of Hawaii, Lydia Lenard of California, Twila Roth of California, grandchildren: Christian Clark, Lauren Clark, C.J. Freeman, Mason Freeman, and Megan Freeman, great grandchild: Bryson Lane Freeman

Obituary for Paul Kenwood Young
Age 93 of Springfield passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017 at White House Health Care & Rehab.
He was born October 11, 1923 in Winslow, Indiana to Walter Ray and Beryl Starr Coe Young. He worked as a salesman of livestock feed for Moorman Manufacturing Company before his retirement. He served his country in the Merchant Marines. He was a member of South Haven Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Vaughn Young. He is survived by son, Douglas (Lisa) Young, Cottontown, TN; granddaughter, Amber Lynn Englebright (Chad); 4 great-grandchildren, Brad, Tyler, Dylan and Emily.
Graveside services were held Sunday, July 2, 2017 at 2pm (CST) at Ashby Cemetery in Winslow, Indiana with Rev. Alec Hensely officiating.
Remains rest at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House, TN.
Obituary for Paul Wayne Cripps
Paul Wayne Cripps, age 72 of Greenbrier, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at his residence.
The family received friends 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home Greenbrier. A Memorial Service followed at 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
Paul was born in Springfield on January 23, 1945 to the late Paul J. and Emma Poole Cripps Rawls.
He was a retired maintenance engineer at Fiber Web.
He is survived by his wife, Kim Rutledge Cripps of Greenbrier; brothers, David Cripps of Greenbrier, Mark (Lisa) Rawls of Amarillo, TX; sisters, Myra Rawls (Gary) Nunley of Knoxville and Martha Rawls of Ashland City.

Obituary for Billy Groves
Billy Loman Groves, age 77, of Springfield, died Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at his home. A graveside service was held Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 12 Noon at Springfield Memorial Gardens with Brother Homer Cobb officiating. Burial followed with Tedd Hall, David Hall, Bo Anderson, Jack Groves, Brad Hansen, Richard Mantlo, Jonathan Casey and Rick Hagan serving as pallbearers. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
Mr. Groves was born February 26, 1940 in Robertson County to the late Guy and Virginia Wright Groves. He worked in a lumber yard and did all kinds of handy work and odd jobs as well.
In addition to his parents Mr. Groves is preceded in death by his sister, Joann Groves; brothers, Wallace Groves and Guy Collins; son, Jerry Lam and Doug Lam; daughter, Diane Casey; and sons-in-law, Paul Casey and Richard Mantlo.
Mr. Groves is survived by his wife, Ethel Teasley Groves; son, Timmy (Kathy) Groves of Springfield; daughters, Cindy (David) Groves of Springfield, Terrie (Brad) Hansen of Iowa and Sharon Mantlo of Springfield; sister, Carol Jean Roberts of Columbia, TN; 18 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Obituary for Billy Ray Boisseau
William “Billy Ray” Boisseau, age 51, of Cedar Hill, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 at his home.
Funeral services were held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 1pm in the chapel of the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield with Brother Nick Stamps officiating. Burial followed in the Springfield Memorial Gardens with Jimmy Jackson, Brandon Bond, Mitch Bond, Drake Scarbrough, Odell Grant and Stephen Southerland serving as pallbearers. Visitation was held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 4-8pm and again on Friday from 11am until the time of service at 1pm.
Mr. Boisseau was born November 5, 1965 in Logan County, Kentucky to the late Sara Juanita Rippy Grant and Mr. Bobby Ray Boisseau of Russellville, KY. He worked for the Robertson County Highway Department.
In addition to his mother Mr. Boisseau is preceded in death by his step-father, Clifton Grant; grandparents, Guy and Ruby Boisseau and Richard and Francis Rippy.
In addition to his father Mr. Boisseau is survived by his step-mother, Joyce Boisseau of Russellville; brothers, Ronald Boisseau and Bobby DeWayne Boisseau, both of Russellville, and Kelly (Georgianne) Covelli and Scottie Covelli, both of Chicago, IL; sisters, Kay (Ricky) Romans of Morgantown, KY, Reba (Mike) Scarbrough of Pleasant View and Connie (Mike) Southerland of Russellville; 17 nieces and nephews; and 7 great-nieces and nephews.
